We are currently migrating the datasets from the Covid19 cell atlas to Cellxgene DISCOVER platform (https://cellxgene.cziscience.com/), and the dataset you've mentioned is being processed. We did note the issue with the raw data, and are working with the authors on fixing it. 


We will let you know when the dataset is fully curated and available with raw data.

Hello,

The raw data for Human SARS-CoV-2 challenge resolves local and systemic response dynamics is the same as the normalized data that was uploaded. This incredibly important dataset is unusable unless the raw data is uploaded with it. Can you fix this or contact the authors to correct their upload? The authors are unresponsive to my requests and this is problematic since it is a nature paper that says the raw data is available.
