• website has been updated with the abstract due date
• registration form is now fixed, and shows talk abstract submission question and instructions
• please see the draft speaker logistics email here  [docs.google.com]
• when are you planning to notify lightning talk winners? they need to get notified of these logistics, particularly turning over slides info ASAP. 
• Tracey, can you follow up with the tech team to get the speaker Zoom link on Monday, should they not turn it over before then? 
• please review the meeting survey here. if you have additional questions, you'd like to add, please let me know. 
• Patricia, please confirm that Laura and Helena are the two folks that should be supporting the team in the speaker zoom room the day of the meeting. 
• Tracey and I will work to set up (2) breakout session rooms next week.
