We are delighted to see so much interest in your event, 190 registrations to date is terrific. 😊

 

Kristine and I wanted to give you all advance notice that we will both be on annual leave in mid-September.

 

I will be on leave from the 12-16 September and Kristine will be on leave from the 15-19 September.  During this time we will both have limited access to emails.

 

We note that your abstract deadline for talks is the 15 September, therefore if you require any assistance in exporting this data from Bizzabo or anything else, please do let Kristine and I know before we go on leave.

 

It’s important to keep logistics for the event moving, so do let us know if you need anything from us.

 

In addition to the above, please could you suggest a couple of times (after we are back) when you are available to meet with Kristine and I to discuss the run of show and staff responsibilities etc.
