Some points for discussion:

1. Following our last meeting discussion, and then talking with Enrique Sapena and Galabrina Yordanova, we will be adding a 15 min talk by the HCA DCP (waiting for the speaker's name and talk title) right before the lightnings talks on the first day. Is it possible to amend the agenda? I have added a placeholder for a DCP talk on Oct 6 on the agenda. Please let us know who the speaker is so we can send him/her the speaker logistics email asap. Thanks!

1. On moderators, we agreed that it is best if member of the committee just moderate the talks. This will make the discussion with Helena and Laura, who will be at the Spanish channel, more straight forward. There are 8 talks, each one of us (Enrique, Vinicius, Yesid and I) will take two talks, with one of us as a back up each time in case of any internet issues. Can you let us know who exactly will be moderating which session? That way we can add names to the agenda and to the run of show. Thanks!  

1. Abstract presenters will want to have a participation certificate, is that possible? Yes, Tracey will enable the certificate of attendence funtion on the platform once we go live.

1. We would like to keep the idea of 3 breakout session rooms: 2 rooms for researchers for open discussions (guided by some points we will have prepared), to which participants will be randomly assigned, and room 1 for students and post-docs, to which speakers of the day will be assigned together with students and post-docs participanting. Here there may be logisticis issues so we would like the opnion of those manging the platform. A final 5-min get together at the end (everyone back at the original room) would be great. Tracey and I have set up two breakout session rooms. One room for trainees and a second room for others. In the second room, we can move people into additional breakout rooms, depending on how many people we have, and how many people you want per room. I have added Closing Discussions for Day 1 and Day 2 to the agenda.

There were issues with the submission of abstracts using the link - I suppose you are aware since they contacted us using the HCA email.  We are expecting the submissions of these ones by email. Thus, we do not have the final list yet but we will be sending the logistics emails by tomorrow - abstracts and speakers.
