We hope you are as excited as we are for the 2022 Latin America Symposium.

 

We kindly ask that you read through the logistics and reminders below before the start of our meeting.

 

●      Please ensure you join the speaker room 30-minutes before the start of your session.
For example, if you are Mariana Boroni, you will need to join the speaker room on Thursday, October 6, by 8:30 am EDT. You can view the finalized agenda here.

Note, you will be put into a waiting room, and a host will let you into the main room shortly after you enter the room.

●      You will have 25 minutes for your talk, and 5 minutes for Q&A..

●      We ask that you send us your final slide deck by close of business today, Wednesday, October 5. If you have already sent us your final slide deck – Thank you!

●      Please note that we will have live interpreters translating talks in English into Spanish. Therefore, we ask you to please speak clearly into your microphone and to not rush.
