It looks like you sent communications out to lightning talk winners today. Great job and thanks!

Please see the items below that still need to be addressed before our event. 

1. Send us moderators for the following sessions
- Day 1 keynote & speakers (morning)

- Day 1 DCP talk and lightning talks (afternoon)

- Day 2 keynote & speakers (morning

- Day 2 lightning talks (afternoon)

2. Confirm that you will only have four lightning talks on Day 1. I think we can use the additional 20 minutes in the lightning talk block as a buffer.

3. Confirm that you will only have five lightning talks on Day 2. I think we use the additional 10 minutes in the lightning talk block as a buffer.

4. LA Staff, I am doing my best to respond to the lightning talk speakers confirming. When they follow-up, I am responding to their email asking for them to give us their talk title, as well as their cell phone number. Should any of you respond to these emails before I do, please ensure that you ask for talk titles and cell phone numbers. 

5. LA Staff, this is a friendly reminder that we have a staff meeting and tech check this Monday, September 26, 9 - 10 am EDT. Please do your best to be there.
