Quick question about the time. 11am GMT according to google is 7am Boston time. But I see in the online agenda my talk is at 10am Boston time, which makes more sense. So my talk is at 10am EST right?

• We are requesting slides a week before the meeting so our translators can prepare in advance of the meeting. Slides do not have to be finalized by this date. Therefore, if your slides are in draft format, please mark them as “draft.” Final slides are due, Wednesday, October 5.

• It is important for you to speak clearly and to not rush through your talk. (Not all attendees will be fluent in English AND we have simultaneous interpreters translating the English into Spanish in real time.
