Hi Itzi,I set up Michael's email (cc'd) as an interpreter. He should be all set and should get an invite. For the second instance, if Michael joins the regular webinar link on another device (not logged in to zoom with that gmail account) he should be good. Otherwise, we can send an invite to a second email. Please let me know!-ChristianHi Christian, thanks for replying so quickly and early! He's only going to do a half-hour patch from 10:00 to 10:30 today. If he can just do that without listening to the others then I suppose it's okay.I guess to have two instances you'll need an additional email for him?Details:+34686474831Michael Skinner

I just want to avoid any problems like the other day.The only link you will need is this link: https://harvard.zoom.us/j/93205071132?pwd=VTRmYXBmbnpnRng5S290eEJpMTVpQT09You will not be needed in the breakout session sessions.- Also, it would be good for us to be able to listen to each other (like we did last time) to have a smooth transition between speakers.I expect that you can do this. Christian F and Christian W can confirm.- We assume we are translating into Spanish but as we said we can do Spanish - English in case of Q&A; however, how will we see/hear the questions? since we are not in the breakout sessions, via text? All talks will be in English.- And finally, we have no slides, notes or materials for the following speakers and without them we won't be able to prepare and provide a quality service. Please continue checking the slide folder as we frequently update it with slides. We are doing our best to collect slides; however, we have never received 100% compliance from speakers with this in the past.DAY 1 (Oct 6)

I must apologize for the misunderstanding when we left the room. However, we did a test and we think it will work on the day. Please could you forward any information regarding the speakers to enable Marian and myself to prepare. I understand you will be getting some material tomorrow.Kind regards,Itzi--
