I will send the slides soon, but I have a question about the timing:

In the first bullet, you state that my talk will be from 1:10 to 1:25, but in the next point you state that it will be 25 minutes + 5 minutes for Q&A. Which one is it? I can see it’s from 2:10 to 2:40 in the agenda

  • Please send slides by Wednesday, September 28 to meetings@humancellatlas.org.
    • We are requesting slides a week before the meeting so our translators can prepare in advance of the meeting. Slides do not have to be finalized by this date. Therefore, if your slides are in draft format, please mark them as “draft.” Final slides are due, Wednesday, October 5.


  • It is important for you to speak clearly and to not rush through your talk. (Not all attendees will be fluent in English AND we have simultaneous interpreters translating the English into Spanish in real time.
