[International_fellows_alumni] Re: International Fellows at Sanger - Retreat 2025 - dates

Dear all, Further to the email below, I am happy to confirm that the retreat date has been confirmed for the week commencing the 24th March 2025. I understand that not all of you could make that date and I apologise to those who can't but unfortunately it was impossible to find a date that all could do and we had to go with the majority in the end. Could you please let me know by return email whether you will be attending or not. It is likely that the arrival day will be Monday, with retreat activities taking place on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and then flights home on the Friday. The agenda will of course be confirmed closer to the date. I will be in touch with each of you individually to confirm your visa requirements and travel for the retreat. If you have any questions at all please do let me know. The retreat will take place on our campus in Cambridge and will bring together all the International Fellows, including the new cohort, faculty sponsors and other faculty members. The dates we are currently looking at the for the retreat are as follows: Week commencing March 3rd 2025 Week commencing March 10th 2025 Week commencing March 24th 2025 Please could you let me know by return email if any of those dates would not work for you, or if you can currently attend for a week for all of them.
