Latin America Single-Cell RNA-Seq Data Analysis Workshop 2021 (Virtual)
The HCA Latin America Network is gaining momentum after the second HCA Latin America Workshop, 26th April - 7th May. This workshop taught participants how to design single-cell RNA-seq experiments, and manage and analyze data. The two-week program included a week-long, hands-on workshop where participants analyzed single-cell RNA-seq datasets from different cancer types. HCA is grateful to the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative for their support for this activity.

You can watch recordings from this workshop on our YouTube [humancellatlas.us19.list-manage.com] and Bilibli [humancellatlas.us19.list-manage.com] channels.
