Dear STEM Ambassadors,
You may be aware that management of the STEM Ambassador programme for the campus has changed from ConnectEB to SETPOINT Herts. However, the campus Public Engagement team remains your primary point of contact, so please let us know in the
first instance if you have any questions.
SETPOINT Herts have created a system to make it easier for you to record your activities. Once you’ve done a STEM Ambassador related activity, please fill in this form:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfUN3FYmK6UirqscAqbbBbfHio5CpRUD15Bibf1lf80u-ZghA/viewform.
The SETPOINT team will then upload your activity to the system, so there shouldn’t be any need for you to fill in the activity on the STEM Ambassador website.
The Public Engagement team are not notified when you fill in this form or record an activity on the STEM Ambassador website. Therefore,
whenever you are planning on doing, or have done, a STEM Ambassador activity, please let us know
by emailing us at engage@wgc.org.uk
If you have any questions or are having any trouble with the form, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Best wishes,
Dr Louise Walker
