Subject: STEM Ambassadors needed! On Campus, 22 January
Dear STEM Ambassadors,
The University of the Third Age (https://u3ac.org.uk/)
will be visiting campus on Wednesday 22 January. We are looking for four STEM Ambassadors to help them do a DNA extraction activity at 12:00. The University of the Third Age aims to provide educational and social activities to those no longer in full-time
employment, and as such there are no age restrictions.
The activity should only take around 30 minutes. If you haven’t yet done your first activity as a STEM Ambassador, or it’s been a while since your last activity, this is a great opportunity to dip your toes in!
Please let us know if you are available and would like to help.
Best wishes,
Public Engagement
