[Cv19caingest] Enquiry about Data Submission for COVID-19 Cell Atlas [EXT]

Dear Wellcome Sanger Institute / COVID-19 Cell Atlas Team, I am writing to enquire whether it would be possible to submit my dataset to the COVID-19 Cell Atlas. My data focus on Post-COVID-19 interstitial lung disease (ILD), including both 5' single cell RNA-seq peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) samples. I believe these data could complement your existing datasets, which primarily focus on acute COVID-19, by providing additional insight into the longer-term systemic immunological and pulmonary consequences of infection. I would be very happy to provide further details about the dataset, including experimental design, metadata, and processing pipelines, if this would be of interest. These data were generated as part of a UK-ILD consortium, including UCL, Imperial and international collaboration with Yale University. We are planning to publish the manuscript on bioarchives on May 11th, ahead of an oral presentation of these data at the American Thoracic Society (ATS) Annual Conference in Orlando, USA. Please could you let us know if our data submission is of interest to you and could you provide details of the process and any associated costs?
