Hi,
Compara functionality is now added to the pgp viewer. What this means
is you can now compare certain assemblies against each other. In most
cases, pgp or agp viewers are compared to wgs assemblies. Visually the
analysis will display all the assemblies being compared against each
other and return their syntenic regions in the browser. For a 2-3 min
quick example on what you can use Compara for, check out this entry from
the blog:

Please note for the most recent pgpviewers released yesterday, the
compara analysis are not available, but will be shortly. The current
assemblies with compara are listed in the blog.
Any other issues, questions or comments please email pgp-help(a)sanger.ac.uk
