The current site pgpviewer.ensembl.org will no longer be maintained and is now replaced by geval.sanger.ac.uk.
The functionality of the new site is pretty much the same as pgpviewer, but rebranded with some new features and updates.
These updates include assembly builds not added in the past few months during this transition, such as:
GRCh38,
human YH2.0,
mouse c57bl//j,
the latest zebrafish freeze.
