[pgpviewer-announce] PGP Compara, Cross Assembly Alignment Analysis

Hi, Compara functionality is now added to the pgp viewer. What this means is you can now compare certain assemblies against each other. In most cases, pgp or agp viewers are compared to wgs assemblies. Visually the analysis will display all the assemblies being compared against each other and return their syntenic regions in the browser.
