Dear All,
We are looking for people to help facilitate a couple of stalls at RAF Marham Families Day on Thursday 25th July.
The event will run from 9am through to 4pm. We can as ever reimburse travel costs and help arrange transport for facilitators.
We are looking to showcase the work of the campus to children and adults alike with engaging table top activities.
It will be a fantastic event in a unique setting with aircraft fly overs throughout the day promised!
If you would like to help at the event then please do get in touch and let us know.
Best Wishes,
The Public Engagement Team

Hi All,
The next STEM ambassador get together is going to be held on Wednesday 17th June between 12:00pm - 1:00pm in the Discovery Zone (Sulston Building). This is a great chance to meet other STEM ambassadors and to find out more about our latest engagement opportunities.
As always, lunch is FREE! You are also welcome to bring along your own lunch if you prefer.
Please RSVP to this invite if you're planning to come so we know how much lunch to order!
There is a chance we'll run out of capacity in the room as our ambassador numbers grow so we are operating on a first-come first-served basis.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Best Wishes,
The Public Engagement Team
Dear STEM Ambassadors,
Thank you to everyone who has come forward to help with the activities at Fun Lab this Saturday (6th July) on Parker's Piece in Cambridge. We're still looking for another couple of helping hands. The activities are:
1. Looking at human cheek cells, onion cells and different types of bacteria under the microscope with plastic models to help participants understand what they are seeing
2. A card game where participants have to decide what action they would take to protect someone from different infections.
There are two timeslots available for each activity: 12.00 - 2.30 and 2.15 - 5.00.
We can go through the activities with you beforehand so you feel comfortable with what you'll be doing on the day.
If you'd like to come along and help with these activities, please let us know by emailing engage(a)wgc.org.uk<mailto:engage@wgc.org.uk>
Best wishes,
Public Engagement team
