Hi, I hope you are keeping well and enjoyed the brief moment of Spring weather a couple of days ago. The agenda for the next Committee meeting is here. Following the discussion at the last meeting we have an Updates Slide deck to capture the key developments in all of the activities we are involved* in. Please add any information you are aware of, in particular for forthcoming events, details on how the new booking system has worked for the various classes or things that are brewing as we move towards Spring. *If you are not directly involved in anything please take a look through the slides and consider adding your name to something. It helps a lot to take some of the work off others. We are due to send out the Sports Hinx mail early next week, it would be good to have 3-4 key items to promote alongside the regular activities. It’s difficult to get people enthusiastic when it’s cold and wet but if there is something happening in the Sports Hall that would be good to focus on.
