Subject: Girlguiding Cambridgeshire East STEM Event
Dear STEM Ambassadors,
On 1st February 2020 at Ely College, Girlguiding Cambridgeshire East are holding a STEM
Day for up to 1100 girls and young women from 5 - 18 years old. The day will run from
9.30am - 4.30pm.
They looking for exciting activities to enthuse and inspire girls to discover how exciting
and interesting Science, Engineering, Technology and Mathematics are.
The day will be a mix of activity types: exhibition type areas with short interaction
times, rooms with two or three activities where the girls can choose what to participate
in, alongside longer sessions which might involve workshops or talks for the older age
ranges.
