Hi,
Everything should be back to normal now. The issue was due to some changes to the new
database machine setup which could not handle certain ensembl code requests.
Let me know of if the issue reappears.

tries to configure tracks, will not work (it was working before b/c it was reading old
data user sessions/records).
So in the meantime the current public pages are not working for configuration.
I will provide a link to my sandbox pgpviewer which uses another machine that houses the
database within the next 15 mins while I try to resolve the public pages.
