Dear All,
On behalf of Lee Outhwaite (Head Gardener) please be aware of the below:
NOTICE TO WETLANDS VISITORS
A large willow tree in the wetlands area split and partially fell the week before last - some of you may have already seen it.
There are concerns about the stability of the remaining half of the tree, so Eastern Tree Surgery will be on site on May 15th to carry out work to reduce the height of the remaining trunk.
The work is expected to take approximately half a day. There are currently no plans to close the footpath, but we kindly ask that all visitors exercise caution in the area until the work is completed.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Kind regards,
The Sustainability Team
