Subject: [Wetlandscommittee] Response Required Please: Biodiversity WG Members Review
Good morning All,
We have been reviewing the sustainability working group members to ensure our contact
lists are up to date, and intend to carry this out as an annual audit.
Now that we are moving into the implementation phase of our strategies, we would like to
ensure that all GRL staff who attend the working groups are recognised on our intranet
(FRED) as our 'Sustainability Champions'.
Please let us know if you'd prefer your name is not included on FRED for any reason.
(Non-GRL group members will also be acknowledged on FRED for their support by organisation
or as local residents, rather than by name).
To support us with the review, please could you respond to this email by the 17th March
2023 to confirm that you wish to remain a member of this working group?
(whether you are Campus employee or an external member of the group)
If no response is received from a member by this date we will remove them from the mailing
list & future invites; however groups can be re-joined at any time using the 'Come
join us' button at the bottom of each workstream's Fred
page<https://fred.wellcomegenomecampus.org/Interact/Pages/Section/Defaul…32>,
or by emailing us directly at
environment@wellcomegenomecampus.org<mailto:environment@wellcomegenomecampus.org>
We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank you all again for your continued
support to help us achieve our Campus sustainability goals.
Kind regards,
