Dear Sir or Madam,
I am reaching out to express my interest in contributing the data from a scRNA-seq study focused on convalescent COVID-19 patients to the COVID-19 Cell Atlas. Our paper is currently in review, and we would like the dataset to be made publicly available upon publication.
I have reviewed the data format requirements for submission. Before proceeding, I would like to inquire if there are any additional considerations or specific guidelines that I should be aware of to ensure a smooth submission process, or if it really is just the submission of the data itself?
Thank you for your time and assistance!
Kind regards,
Lilly May

Hi covid19cellatlas portal maintainers (cc Kerstin and Martin),
I noticed that the 'Healthy donors' and 'Patient donors' buttons changed on the covid19cellatlas.org portal and were placed in the top right of the screen in blue color on a faint blue background. It took me quite a while to figure out how to access the datasets because of this. I was wondering if this is done deliberately, and whether it could be considered to make the buttons to reach the actual data more clearly visible again? I'm afraid that this would otherwise hamper the accessibility and usefulness of this portal and our datasets.
Many thanks and with best wishes,
